Used many years ago as an exclamation of triumph, Eureka means 'I have found it!' Today I found Eureka, not in California where I've been before, but in Utah's Juab County. Originally know as Ruby Hollow, it encompasses 1.5 square miles. Today's pilgrim train stopped at a mission that is served by San Andres Catholic Church in Payson.
